Young Adult Therapy
Supporting the Journey Into Independence
The young adult years are a time of excitement, growth, and new opportunities — but they can also bring uncertainty, pressure, and overwhelming change. Whether you are adjusting to college or work, navigating relationships, or searching for a sense of direction, therapy can provide the grounding and support you need.

In sessions, we work together to strengthen coping skills, build confidence, and explore identity in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. My goal is to help young adults feel empowered as they navigate challenges such as:

-
Stress, anxiety, or overthinking
-
Relationship struggles
-
Depression or feelings of loneliness
-
Identity, self-esteem, and confidence
-
Academic or career pressures
-
Life transitions and decision-making

Young adulthood is about finding your voice, your values, and your path forward. Therapy offers tools and strategies to help you move through this stage of life with resilience, clarity, and self-assurance.
My Story
I have had the great fortune of being to work with many children, youth, and their families. In my education and experience I have been able to understand the unique differences between adolescents to that of children and adults. A tremendous amount of physiological and social changes occur in adolescence.

This also can be a tremendous time of change in social relationships and identity formation. I have had the great pleasure of attending many learning opportunities including LGBTQ Two Spirited workshops that has provided valuable insight in many client interactions.
