Practitioners of Tall Tree Counselling and Consulting Services dedicate time and effort in preparing for sessions, researching, and attending Seminars and Conferences. They balance their personal and professional lives to be best available to clients.

It is with this in mind that we ask clients to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation for a booked appointment. Otherwise, the full amount of a booked session will be asked from clients. Further appointments will not be booked until the fee is paid.

We also reserve the right to discontinue services without notice if two consecutive sessions are not paid for or if booked appointments are not filled consistently.
